By accessing or using PB Connect Tournament ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Account Responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

Tournament Participation

When registering for or participating in tournaments through the Service:

• You agree to abide by the rules set by the tournament organizer
• Registration fees are subject to the refund policy of each tournament
• Tournament results and ratings may be publicly displayed
• You are responsible for showing up to scheduled matches on time
• Unsportsmanlike conduct may result in disqualification and account suspension

User Content

You are responsible for content you post on the Service, including:

• Profile information and media uploads

By posting content, you grant PB Connect a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

Community Guidelines

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Post spam, misleading, or deceptive content
• Share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal material
• Impersonate others or create fake profiles
• Attempt to manipulate ratings or tournament results
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by PB Connect and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without written permission.

Payments & Refunds

Tournament registration fees and other payments are processed through our platform. Refund policies are set by individual tournament organizers. PB Connect is not responsible for disputes between players and tournament organizers regarding refunds.

Limitation of Liability

PB Connect is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to physical injuries during tournament play, financial losses, or data loss.

Disclaimer

We do not guarantee the accuracy of ratings, rankings, or player information. Tournament scheduling and results are managed by venue administrators, and we are not responsible for errors in tournament management.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree that any disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in a class action. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PB Connect operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
